After treatment, please pay the clinic/hospital’s invoice first. Thereafter, members may submit a claim for the medical charges via email. Ulink shall process a reimbursement for coverable charges under members’ insurance policy.
ဆေးကုသမှု့ ခံယူပီးပါက ကျန်းမာရေးအာမခံထားရှိသူသည် ဆေးရုံမှ ကျသင့်ငွေများကို သေချာစွာစစ်ဆေး၍ မူဝါဒလမ်းစဉ်အောက်တွင် အကျုံးဝင်ပါက သိရှိကြောင်း လက်မှတ်ထိုး ၍ထားခဲ့နိုင်ပါသည်။ သို့သော် မူဝါဒလမ်းစဉ်အောက်တွင် အကျုံးမဝင်ပါက အဖွဲ့ဝင်များမှ ကြိုတင်ငွေ စိုက်ရှင်းထားပြီး ယူလင့်ခ် ထံသို့ ကျသင့်ငွေ စုစုပေါင်းနှင့် ကုသမှု့ မှတ်တမ်း အစုံအလင်အား အတူတကွပေးပို့၍ပြန်လည်တောင်းခံနိုင်ပါသည်။
