For inpatient admission/surgery, please notify Ulink at least 3 to 5 working days before or, for emergency cases, as early as possible to avoid delay in LOG issuance. For treatments estimated to cost above USD 1,000 or for treatment outside Myanmar, please inform Ulink within working days (10) days as possible as further approval from members’ insurer is required and the time required for approval depends on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity of the case.
တက်ရောက်နေသည့် အဖွဲ့ဝင် များ / ခွဲစိတ်ကုသရန်လိုသည့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ သည် အာမခံ စာရွက်ကို လိုအပ်ပါက ယူလင့်မြန်မာ သို့ ရုံးချိန်အတွင်း ၃-၅ ရက် သို့မဟုတ် တတ်နိုင်သမျှ အမြန်ဆုံး ကြိုတင်အသိပေး၍ ထုတ်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။ကုသမှု့များအတွက် အမေရိကန် ဒေါ်လာ ၁၀၀၀ (သို့မဟုတ်) ပြည်ပ သို့သွားရောက်ကုသခြင်းဖြစ်မည်ဆိုပါက ယူလင့်သို့ ရုံးဖွင့်ရက် ၁၀ ရက်အတွင် အကြောင်းကြား ရပါမည်။ လူကြီးမင်းတို့ထားရှိသော ကျန်းမာရေးအာမခံကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ထောက်ခံမှု့ရရှိရန် အချိန်လိုအပ်ပါသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
