How to request an LOG for emergency hospital visit?

- For emergency cases, please visit the nearest panel hospital/clinic and present a membership card / NIRC for them to contact Ulink. Ulink will issue a LOG to the hospital/clinic for coverable charges under members’ insurance policy. Members can then proceed for treatment and the clinic/hospital will send an invoice for members’ eligible medical charges to Ulink Myanmar.
